MPAD#323 "Mayer Hawthorne, Cinema Jaw and a Suicide Girl"

What other podcast has 3 diverse interviews? This week’s audio show I have an interview with Mayer Hawthorne, who started in Ann Arbor a few years ago doing hip hop, today he’s a hip and soulful singer whose song “The Walk” is quickly becoming a hit. At C2E2 I did a number of interviews I am getting to, Cinema Jaw was a podcast that had their booth down the same aisle I was spending most my time at. As a big movie fan I jumped at the chance to hang out and talk movies with the hosts, Ry and Matt. At the past few comic conventions I’ve been to the Suicide Girls website have had a booth and I’ve heard them interviewed on podcasts. Since I like to cover the offbeat and interesting I thought I’d spend a few minutes talking to a suicide girl about what it’s like to be a part of the website and what kinds of things she's into, as it turns out she likes a lot of the same things I do.

This weekend is Motor City Comic Con, I’ll be there Saturday and Sunday doing some interviews and hanging out with friends. I just found out my friends, I Love Lightning Bugs will be there too!
